Install IPA files with GBox
GBox offers a free certificate and a personal UDID certificate, and its developer claims support up to iOS 27. Easy to use, but the free option is often revoked.

GBox signs and installs IPA files, with two options:
- Enterprise (free): this names the certificate type, not who you are. Individuals pick it too; you don’t need to be a business. GBox signs apps with one company’s certificate shared by a huge number of people, so it can stop working at any time.
- Customize: a personal certificate tied to your device’s UDID. Much more stable, but paid.
Installation steps
-
Open GBox's official site Safari only
-
Choose a certificate type
Pick Enterprise (shared certificate, free, fine for individuals) or Customize (personal certificate, paid). For a personal certificate, the site will ask you to get your UDID.

Allow GBox to run
With an enterprise certificate, follow trusting an app. With a personal certificate, you may need to turn on Developer Mode.
-
Add the IPA to GBox
In Files, touch and hold the IPA, tap Share and choose GBox. Or open GBox and use its + button to import the file.

Install the app
Tap the app in GBox and choose install. GBox signs it automatically with the certificate you chose in step 2. Wait on the Home Screen for the icon to finish loading.

Common problems
The free option fails to install, or apps crash on launch
The shared certificate was revoked. Either wait for GBox to roll out a new certificate, or switch to a personal UDID certificate for more stability.
