Basics
Open links in Safari (from Zalo, Facebook, Messenger…)
Links opened inside Zalo, Facebook, Messenger or TikTok can't install apps or profiles. Here's how to switch to Safari in a few seconds.
When you tap a link in Zalo, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or TikTok, the page usually opens inside that app (an in-app browser). In-app browsers, and Chrome on iPhone too, cannot install apps or configuration profiles. The install button does nothing, or shows an error.
