Get your iPhone's UDID without a computer
The UDID identifies your iPhone and is required to buy a personal certificate. How to read it on the device with Safari, and what to watch out for.
The UDID is your iPhone’s unique identifier. Sellers of personal certificates need it to register your device. iPhone XS and newer use UDIDs like 00008xxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; older models use 40 characters.
The Settings app doesn’t show the UDID. Without a computer, you get it by installing a UDID profile through Safari.

Do this within 8 minutes of downloading, or the profile is removed automatically.
